Applications for the Fall 2023 academic year will be available in the Fall of 2022.

Nurses Middle College-Capital Region Charter High School is excited to become a part of the Capital Region community. Since our approval, we have been connecting with students and the community discussing how Nurses Middle College Charter High School-Capital Region will create a pathway for high school students to a career in nursing and healthcare.

We have narrowed down some wonderful potential building locations for housing the Nurses Middle College-Capital Region school. The Capital Region real estate experts have embraced our vision for the layout and needs of our school and have been active partners in identifying various building options. We have recently been informed that due to the supply and demand challenges that are being faced nationally due to the pandemic, supplies for construction and renovations along with classroom fixtures have affected our opening timeline tremendously. As a result of this situation, renovations to a chosen location will take longer than anticipated. We are therefore postponing the opening of Nurses Middle College Charter High School-Capital Region to the 2023-2024 school year.

During 2022-2023, we will be finalizing plans, securing supplies for the classrooms, renovating, and hiring passionate, and talented educators. Members of our admissions team will be out in the community, hosting informational events, meeting with prospective students and parents, and assisting students with applying to Nurses Middle College Charter High School-CR for the Fall of 2023.

We look forward to opening the doors to a beautiful, welcoming school in the Fall of 2023 to educate the next generation of nurses and healthcare professionals.
